Inoperable door locks
Possible open circuit in driver's door wire bundle, usually a broken wire in the vicinity of where the bundle passes from the jamb into the door. The bundle bends at that location with each opening and closing and eventually metal fatigue causes a wire, or wires, to break. I repaired mine (4 wires broken) to restore the normal operation of the windows. One experiment you could easily try is holding the lock switch in the lock or unlock position while swinging the door slowly open and/or closed. The broken wire might make a momentary contact at the break point and actuate the lock, proving a broken wire fault. That's how I isolated my inoperable window problem. The bundle, if the cause, takes a bit of work to remove from the jamb and door. Once out, and the outer insulation jacketing is removed to reveal which wires are broken, the repair is easily done with butt splices.

Since the drivers door lock will not operate manually, I would suggest spraying penetrating oil into the door latch mechanism. They can stiffen up over time. This will get your manual locks working at least. If this works, do the same thing with all the other locks then we can go from there
