Default Inner Fender/Fender Trimming

I know this has been talked about before but i cannot seem to find the thread i been looking for. Im looking for a good idea for filling the gap on the back of the front fender and make it stop flapping in the breeze. I know aircruise put "great stuff" in his.. I don't know if i like that idea. Anybody else do anything different?

Also- what did you use when you cut your rear fenders and folded the taps up for sealant? I live in the salt belt and don't want my jeep rusting worse because of my fender mod.

Sorry for bringing up another popular subject but sometimes the search just don't work for me

Get some sound proof foam fill it, then weld some 4340 steel around the pocket, using a bead weld all the way around.

That sounds a little more what i want to see. My luck i would light the foam on fire inside the fender.
