I've found out it's possible to have a cps pass the "ac" test but still not work 100%

That's interesting. I've always found the AC voltage test to be completely reliable as that is exactly what the ECU is looking for. The ohms test on the other hand is very unreliable.

Right now it's testing good on both ohms and AC volts

I believe the ecm looks for crankshaft speed (cps) and sync signal (not manditory)to begin injector sequence unless wide open throttle is detected. Tell me your not mashing the gas when trying to start thus possibly shutting injector pulse off.

Another possibility comes to mind. The ecm looks for 300 rpms (cps) before starting the injector squence. Does you motor crank somewhat slow?

the motors cranks good the weird part is it will start and run and drive fine but if you shut it off it wont start back until after it sits a while and when it wont start its because the injectors arent pulsing

well i think ive finally figured it out i took the computer out and took it apart and looked at it and one corner of it was corroded pretty bad so im gonna buy a new computer and put in it

Better than 88 for sure. Slightly better than 89. Don't go backwards and get an 87 or 88 for sure.

well i got the computer in it and it starts and runs perfectly now but on the way home from the store the idler pully broke and threw the bearing through the radiator
