Injectors making buzzing sound especially when warm

The injectors on my 96 xj make a buzzing kind of sound, especially when warm. I checked resistance for all 6 injectors and they are all exactly 12.4 ohms. I also have the problem of having to crank twice to start her. I think it's from leaky injectors and my fuel pressure goes down and there's excess fuel in the cylinders when starting. I hopes it's injectors rather than my fuel pump/regulator/sending unit, as I have a 96 and that's a year specific part, so it's not cheap. Is the injector buzzing a sign of failing injectors? When I use a screwdriver on my ear the sound comes from right behind the injectors on the manifold. I also have a slight vibration every few seconds at idle (steering wheel shakes, and I also feel it if I touch the engine itself, so it's not motor mounts)

yeah no misfire, I tested for that the usual way too. (Pull plug wires) I was hoping I wouldn't need a 96 fuel pump... But that's the only thing I don't like about the 96, other than that I think it's the best year to have for the "old style" xj I don't like having "random years" of cars. Id much rather have a year with something significant to it, for example, the first or last year of a car. Like I have the last year of the "old style" xj, I think that's cool

With the extra cranking I am thinking it is an injector stuck partly open or "leaking down". Without a pressure gauge the easiest wat to check this is to get the fuel rail up to pressure. Maybe run it a minute or less. Then shut it down. DO NOT do this with the Jeep running!!! Then immediately remove the fuel rail leaving the injectors and fuel line/s attached. It's important none of the injectors pull out of the rail and the line is attached so that the pressure has no way to escape other than through the tip of an injector that has not closed completely. If one is stuck partly or completely open you will see it still dripping at this point.
