I have to replace the injectors on my 99 Cherokee with the 4.0L straight six. im figuring out that the injectors on these motors are not all the same, or will they interchange?

If you have to replace them all, i suggest getting some injectors from an old neon. I know for the older years they are 703's, but your 99 might be different. do a little search to figure that out. they have 4 holes instead of just 1, a little more efficient.

Get neon 784s. Check the for sale section. Lots of guys on here sell em. And a full set of 6 for about $60. Welllllll worth it. I upgraded the injectors in my 96 to neons and they were instantly wayyyy better. Huge difference in throttle response

 

Yeah make sure they clean them with ultrasonic cleaner and also flush , back flush them, and put new filter baskets, pintle caps and o-rings..
