injector, straight up question.

injector, straight up question.
there is literally a million opinions on injector swapping.
i want to be as straight forward with this as i can. not so much looking for opinions, as much as i am looking for some people to say "yes" or "no moron, this instead"
if i was planning to install a 99+ manifold, a bored TB and TB spacer, and if i was going to install a completely new exhaust system that will free up the back end (id add some details but i already researched it, then forgot the details, and instead left myself cryptic notes and some links to mail order the parts) would i be ok to put in the ford #19 injectors #0280155710 with a chrysler fuel pressure regulator #4418850 t give me the required push to use the injectors to their fullest?
