i recently did the head gasket on my 01 xj and when I fired it up it ran good for a minute then started to have a miss, I replaced the plugs obviously, then I replaced the coil packs. and still nothing. so I unplugged the first injector and there was no change, so I replaced that injector. didn't fix it. so I tested the wires and when I pulled on the wiring for the #1 injector the second injector died. then I rewired the first two injectors and it cleared up a little bit but not all the way. had my buddy bring over his scanner and it just says injector 1 and 2 shortage. anyone had an issue similar? thanks

 

Check and make sure the wiring harness for the injector rail is not touching the motor/valve cover, heard that can cause issues.
