Default injector o rings

so as I'm pulling the fuel rail off to replace the exhaust manifold, i notice the injectors are gummed up like crazy and the o rings at the top of the injectors where they go in the fuel rail, are pretty much rotten. any suggestions on where to get replacements?
or, if i go to pnp and find the 4 hole ones, is there anything else i need to get or do with them? I'm still learning all of this stuff, so please be patient with me

Most auto parts stores will have injector o-rings. They're ~$5.

If you get replacement ones, you'll want to clean them out and put new o-rings on. I just bought some refurbed ones off here.

My patience is wearing very thin...

Just kidding!! Injector o-rings are common as belly buttons. I'd stick a set of 746 Volve injectors in that old rEnix. Programbo here on cF has them refurbished, with new o-rings....

lol thanks cruiser. is that the ones i saw he had for sale? anything else need to be done with it to work with them?
also, im gonna try to clean out all the gunk from the intake manifold before reinstalling. any suggestions there? i also see junk building on the walls right where the intake manifold mounts. gonna clean that the best i can as well.
has anybody ever wrapped their exhaust manifold with exhaust wrap/insulation to help cut back on this said high heat in the engine bay? i read about it and about the vents that folks install, but my bro suggested that. didn't know if it would help or not.

Tell him you want 746s. Forget the header wrap. Degrease the intake manifold best you can. New NTK O2 sensor at the same time?

10-4. might as well go ahead and go with new O2 sensor. didn't think about that. i know I'm not working on this thing to be a race truck, but i may end up putting a new exhaust system on it soon. i noticed how bad the pipe is right below the manifold. looks like its been beat to hell.

I would do it. They're due to be replaced every 82,000 miles or so.

Exhaust color looks good. FWIW, I stole your photo to use as a demonstration of the "D" crush. Thanks.
