i changed my injectors today and put a throttle boddy spacer on , i cleaned my tb with some cleaner and i used the 19# mustang injectors and there the right part number that everyone recomended , all seemed well at first , it started up , ideled good revved up fine , then i shut it off and when i started it again it was sputtering, popping and just not running good at all , it thru 2 codes , open injector circuit on cyl 2 and 5 , what exactly does that mean ??? evrything plugged back in fine im just not sure what went wrong

Maybe test continuity on injectors 2 and 5 using an ohmmeter, see if there is infinite resistance (open) or not.

well its all fixed , i cleaned all my connections and since i got injectors from a mustang wich is a v8 i had two spare injectors so i swapped out those two just incase and everything is good now , thanks guys
Its amazing what big problems a little corrosion on fuel injector connectors will cause. I had the same thing happen with my Jeep...cleaned the connections and the problem went away. Dielectric grease ftw
