what is it doing? hard starting, cuts out when running, wont start at all? need more info

misses when give it gas pulling up hills and also it will backfire through TB sometimes <cat gone, new plugs and wires,cap and button>

Question

i would start by checking all your ground wires. look for corrosion or loose connections
