There's a lot of that in this forum. The cost of free advice is often a good thrashing by a pretentious regular.

 

How much more information do you need to get up off your duff, go out there, and take care of a simple broken stud?

Three different threads started in a few days for the same problem?

Do you see anyone else doing that?

Or are you just lonely?

 

Noobs. Recently, a noob started 5 threads on the same simple question.

 

No, he pointed out that there comes a time when you have to stop asking questions and get to work using the plentiful advice you have already been given.

He also pointed out that you are making multiple posts for the same thing, which wastes everybody's time. (Oh, and it's a violation of the TOS, which you agreed to follow.)

Man up, accept the correction, and get to work.

 

 

I love how this second page is all of you talking **** because I'm new and I didn't know how to bump a thread. I got so much more info on this thread the other. 2 threads not 5. Dude you didn't help me at all can you read what I said above. You quoted it but I don't think you read it. All you saw was idiot so the idiot in the crowd Must have been offended. No one else is talking about my noobness but you. Get of this thread Because it's done. Thank you to the people that actually gave me an answer and helping me not do what I did by creating two threads. Hopefully nicer people will understand that I really don't know how to use this forum yet !

At least I know how to use an impact to remove lug nuts.

Sure, no hard feelings.

Lug nuts strip going on. Either they crossthreaded it as they started, or they kept hammering on it when it contacted the wheel, which stretched the threads.

With the wheels like you have with the deep set holes, either is easy to do.

It would have been good if you could have taken it back to them and made them fix it. If you could have convinced them it was their fault.
