I'm back. Water pump issues?

I'm back. Water pump issues?
1989 XJ Pioneer 4.0 4x4
Hey guys it's been a while and a lot has happened, from me thinking my cat was bad, to thinking the fuel pump was bad. It turned out some one stole my gas haha.
Anyway, the jeep sit for about a month and I finally got it back running and filled it with water and it's pouring water from down under the t-stat housing. It also runs hot fairly quick. I'm 99% certain it's the water pump.
My question is what hub height am I supposed to get? 2.31" or 3.72"? I'm ordering it off rockauto.
