Ignition kill switch
Can splicing in a remote switch to the dark blue wire in the ignition wiring harness in the steering column prevent the vehicle from starting.

Here's the pinout of the connector for the ignition switch. I'm not sure what the dark blue wire feeds though without doing a lot more digging. You might be able to pop that pin out of the connector to see what happens. I think it would be amusing to run the wire for the starter relay to a SPDT (dual position) switch so when "armed" it would send power to the horn instead of the normal circuit. Turn the key (or break the column and manually move the rod) and the horn starts going off. :}

The dark blue runs to the fuel pump relay, asd relay, the pcm and a couple of spots in the pdc. Breaking that should prevent running but still allow the starter to crank. The yellow/white goes to the starter relay. Breaking that will stop it from cranking. Perhaps a double pole switch to cut them both?
