clean your IAC. if that doesn't work test your fuel pressure. then test your TPS. it sounds to me like a fuel issue that could be brought on by many things. I'd start by cleaning the IAC cause its cheap and I've heard of this issue with them before. (lots of info on this site for that). test your fuel pressure. (lots of info on that here too). test the TPS (info here too) keep us posted. good luck. hopefully this is a good start for you. if your lost post again.

just remembered another thing
does it make a difference if you cycle the key turn it on without cranking it. then off. then on and off then try to start it... if so this could be your fuel pressure regulator. they are a PITA cause you have to drop the tank to replace them. let us know

that rules out the fuel pressure regulator pretty much. check to see if you have fuel at the rail by taking the cap off and briefly pushing in the valve stem on the fuel pressure tesiting port just to see if you actually have fuel getting there. and cause if your like me you dont have a pressure tester laying around.

if you do the next step is taking off the IAC and cleaning it. it takes 10 min. you'll need a T20 torx i believe to remove it and throttle body cleaner. some people say dont use carb cleaner cause its harsher. im not going to second guess them so i'll pass it on.
