Default idle at 3000 RPM

Any ideas why this is happening. It just started i just put new brakes on then when i went to drive it out of the shop bay it was idleing at 3000RPM. I did have to jump start it but i dont think that would cause it to do this. Any ideas?

No vac leaks just looked. and the return spring is fine. It was running like a go cart last week it would barly stay running and now its running at 3000RPMs. So would that be the IAC or TPS?

you have to change the A.I.S. Automatic idle sensor,is next to TPS on the throttle body

if you un plug it should make it idle very low or make it die

unless the valve it self is stuck then there would be no change
