Default Idle at 2000 rpm?

So I was having an irregular idle issue, so i replaced IAC and the TPS. Now my jeep is idling at 2000 rpm but only in Park and Neutral. If its in gear with my foot on the break it idles under 1000 but if I put it in park boom it tries to take off. Any suggestions?

Well, here's your chance to pop your cherry on electrical diagnosis.

We'll guide you through it.
