Advance Auto Parts, Autozone, Checkers, etc. Any of your local parts store usually carry roll and spray on bed liner.

Are you planning to do the whole thing, parts?

Long as you PREP PREP PREP PREP everything should come out very nice.

I've been wanting to do the same thing. There's really a couple ways you can go. If you want it to last go Herculiner. I have plasti coat in the inside of my jeep and while I love it. We did Herc in my friends jeep and I can say his has held up a lot better over time than mine. We both did a very detailed prep job and I currently have some spots I need to touch up on mine. Just saying when you go to do it save your money up and go Herc. Also take the time and do a thorough prep job.

I was looking at the herculiner kit online and wondering if it was a spcial kind of roller? or will just any type of painting roller work? Im just wanting to do the bottom trim pannels and oround my newley trimmed fenders.

Default Fire hazard?

I've thought about doing it to, but read somewhere the heat from the exhuast could cause it to catch on fire. Anyone else heard that? i got kids so wanna make sure.

duplicolor makes a a roll on kit. it has a special roller its not a regular paint roller. i used it on my bumpers and it worked well but i wasnt thrilled with it. they also make a spray can bed liner. i tried it out on my fenders and doors. it sprayed really well and covered nicely. i would recommend it and like everyone else said prep really well

never heard of it catching on fire. it does let in heat more and also does not deaden road noise like carpet. but it is safe

Plastix-coat or whatever brand name for both.
I used the roll on for the inside (under the carpet) about 6 mo ago.
I used the spray on for my rockers and rear bumber just last weekend.

The roll on is MUCH more chunky, I don't know if i would like it on my bumper or rockers.
The spray on comes out more like a much more even fine grain sand paper. (almost feels like grip tape imo)

For the inside of the jeep, I spent about 1/2 gal of roll on.
For the rockers, I used about 1 can per side (5 coats or so, $8/can)
