Ive always had great service from Rough Country.They have replaced bushings in my springs twice free of charge.

they are pretty bad. again called today asking for new bushings since people here have said they got theirs free of charge. no such luck. this time they were pretty pissed off at us calling and told us not to call back again asking for new bushings. they say bushings are not under warranty and normal wear item.

I've been on Jeep forums for 5 years. up untill about 2 months ago, I had NEVER heard a bad Customer service experience with RC..yours is the 3rd time in the last 2 months that you didnt end the call satisfied!.

I still dont believe they hung up on you. Maybe its because of your shop, Maybe your just as biased on the phone as you are here I dont know, But those guys have always been awesome for me. and anyone else i know!

EDIT: stop asking for new bushings.. lol Rubicon express does not warranty them either! like i said $200 in bushings (that came today finally) and the lift is damn near new!

are their bushings just crap? why not just put another brand of bushings? is the lift putting added stress on the bushings causing them to fail prematurely? there's gotta be an explanation for all these failed bushings!
