Exclamation I NEED HELP!!! Stalling 1991 Jeep Cherokee

Hello everyone!

I am fairly new to the whole Jeep Cherokee Forum thing, but after many failed attempts and struggles, I thought I would give this a shot.

So some background, I have a 1991 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L sport, and she is a beast, when she is working right. I have owned her for about 8 months now( got it in July) and the previous owner neglected her greatly. They did not take care of the XJ for the year they had it, from not doing oil changes; to not doing basic tune ups, to all around look keep up. Well anyway I got the XJ in Arizona, were I am from, and drove it all way to CO for college after doing a pretty thorough tune-up. And she made it fine. I already know the Jeep had some parts going bad, but never knew the extent of work I would have tot do within a short amount of time. The main I am struggling with is that my Jeep keeps stalling intermittently. It first happened in September 2019 on a hot day after making a hard right turn and on a quarter tank of gas, so at the time I thought my thermostat and water pump may have been bad so me and my mechanic buddy had replaced the lot. After that it didn't stall for about 2-3 months so I thought all was good. Now it is the November time frame and my Jeep has never experienced a CO winter, so needless to say it struggled some mornings and sometimes did not start so I thought "oh must be a bad battery" but after having it tested and charged the battery was fine. Sometimes it would go 5 or 6 days without any problem but sometimes I would start it up and then immediately stall. Around this time the brake booster was going bad, typical hiss coming from the diaphragm as well as having to put all of my 225 pound 6ft3 *** on the brake pedal. Well anyways it was coming to winter brake so I decided to push everything to the beginning of next year while I went home to AZ. So I stored my jeep at a buddies place and had him start her up once a week while I was gone. No problems. I finally came back home on a crisp 20 degree morning in January, and after a long crank had her start up for me, then proceeded to do a tuneup , replaced oil filter, changed oil, replaced spark plugs, checked battery, and everything checked out. Then took her on about 100 mile trip no issues. I forgot about the brake booster so I went home after the trip and proceeded to do a brake fluid bleed cause I thought it would help. only to realize no fluid was coming out at all. And at the time i really didn't think too much about it, just topped of the reservoir and went about business. Anyway after a few days she would have a hard time climbing hills and overall responsiveness was pretty low, this also were it stalled twice while on my way to school which is only half a mile away. this happened while braking and staying idle, don't worry I know what your thinking and I will get to that. Well so I thought it was a bad fuel pump so after replacing that by myself after a grueling 5 hours it started up and ran fine for a few days, then again stalled out. So its probably stalled about 10 or so times within the last 6 months. I then took it into my AIM program for some buddies to look at, and they saw the leak in my diaphragm and thought that may be causing my stalling issue. So after making some calls I found a used xj with a used double diaphragm brake booster that was only a year old. Jackpot! So $30 later and I got myself a new brake-booster and master cylinder from a local junkyard. I then proceeded to replace that and did a brake bleed and successfully did, so I thought to myself brake booster is good cause fluid is moving which when the bad one was in, fluid did not move at all. After that I finally went to start up the vehicle and it DID!!! and then proceeded to stall. I went to try it again and it sputtered but did not catch. Jumped it to give it that extra umph. nothing... So now I am at a loss, and I need your help badly. Sorry for the long read but I am desperate. Thank you!

I'd be wondering about the rubber hose to the fuel pump inside the fuel tank.
