make sure the axle doesnt move much on you. when i was doing a lift awhile back i messed up and took off all 4 control arms at the same time. i got the bottom ones back on fine...but i definetly struggled to get the top ones back on.

x2 on the second pair of hands. Also if you are having trouble getting the upper bolts in, you can us a jack to rotate the axle by either pushing up on the pinion side or the tierod side. depending on which way you have to go. I've seen a come-along use for the same purpose.

If you are just taking off the UCA, the axle will more likely rotate a bit. This isn't that big of a deal. If it does, just do what I stated in my previous post if you can't get the holes to line up with just the strength in your arms. One of mine has a slight angle to it (one side of the metal bushing sleeve lines up great, but the other side is off a bit), I found that a long punch that fits into the bolt hole helps. You can pry while guide the bolt in. Another trick is to twist the bolt(like you are tightening the bolt). The treads catch the metal sleeve and twist the bolt in. Rarely do I hammer the bolt on the bolt head to get it in. When there is a slight bind, hammering the bolt buggers up the threads. Good luck and don't forget the second pair of hands.
