I'm wanting to install my new #703 Neon injectors into my '91 XJ today if I can get the nads to stop worrying and do it. I think I found a good write up online for how to do it, although the only issue I may have is the write up is for a Renix XJ. Here is the link:

Any ideas/advice/tech I need to know? Thanks for everything everyone.

I was looking at my set-up and I agree. Everything in the pic looks the same except I think I need to remove the bracket that holds the throttle cables. The bracket sits over-top the fuel rail, and would only allow minimal clearance. But it's easy to pop the cables off the TB and just unbolt the bracket. Also, about how long does this take? It's starting to look a bit latish around here.. maybe about 2 hrs of sunlight left if the clouds stay away.

I was lucky. I bought my injectors from someone on this site (Programbo if I spell correctly) and they had been taken apart, soaked, rinsed, new micro-filter, and reassembled. I can't tell if the o-rings are new or not... they don't look the least bit different from the new one's in the bag. These cables on the TB.. do they just pop off and on? I was tugging at one of them, and it seemed to be putting up a fight.. so I stopped because I didn't wanna break it.
Careful with the elect connections, my clips broke on every one..
Also do not bend the fuel rail. When done be sure their is no leaks, wiggle each injector. Oh and be sure the engine is COLD and disconnect the bat. And last< no smoking or static electricity while doing this.

You can tell the people that answer the OP question seem to be unable to read what others post before them and then repeat everything again and again and again etc.
