Default I need help with clearAnce questions

I have a 99 xj and i have the4.5 rough coutry lift and I took it out and the back end kept rubbin but I would like to keep my stock fender flares. What can I cut off or change. Also what can I cut off to get more travel that won't mess it up on the road.

It should clear 32's fine...hmmm
Pics are always great too. If you want to keep your stock flares, you can trim on the inside edge of them if its not rubbing too bad. Bumpstops are probably the best solution besides trimming fenders and/or putting on something like the bushwackers or other aftermarket flare. They limit articulation / up travel though. did you get full leafs or AAL's with shackles? If you didn't get the shackles, adding something like a boomerang shackle will really help the flex of those rear leafs.
I really don't know why your rubbing so much. Does it look like the back is lifted as much as the front?

Seriously the 32's should fit no problem. This is wierd. I don't want to seem like an *** but are you sure its the 4.5" lift, not a 3" or something? where are they rubbing?

so i can cut off my bumpstop and that will get me some more travel and i will look into the flares. i just like the stock ones. it fits 32s fine just when on the trails it rubs in the back alot. i got the aal with shakles and no the back sits lower alittle. do i need the complete leaf spring kit to level it out. aftermarket rims

complete springs are always better and will level it out, also if you extend your bump stops they will stop the jeep from flexing so much that you rub

Yah claygrassman is right, new full leafs are way better, they would give you more height and would flex better too. You should get some sort of extended bumpstop though unless you get flares, because otherwise that wheel will be tearing stuff up at full flex.

Sweet, you should be fine. I'm totally confused as to why you had rubbing but regardless, now you should be fine.
