I NEED ADVISE!!!!

so i have a 93 cherokee sport. and one day havin fun in the mudd i over worked it. it overheated and since then it smokes a lot of smoke at idle. its white smoke. and still overheats. im not very familiar with jeep motors bc its my first one. so if anyone has any ideas what it could be??? it would be much appriciated!! thanks all.

Pull the head and sent it to a shop and get it checked just to be sure it is not warped. Depending on how many times it has overheated and how hot it got it could be warped.
