I think so, but it is going to be a big undertaking. In addition to the engine and trans, what is the condition of the undercarriage, because you will have to unbolt a lot of parts, and if they are rusted bad its gonna be a pain.

I believe everything will swap. Much easier if they are both auto or manual. If they have different axle ratios, you'll need to swap the rear axle as well. Otherwise, aside from the obvious trans, xfer/-case, axle(s); there are a bunch of little things like the vacumn line to the front axle if the 1991 had the disconnect, the xfer case linkage with bracket, console changes for the shifter, etc.

You should be able to move the transmission and transfer case from the 91 over to the 95.
Have a look at this:

If the Jeeps don't have the same rear axle, the 91 rear driveshaft won't be the proper length.
The D35 driveshaft is 1 inch longer than the 8.25. If the rear axles are the same, no problem.
The D30 front axle and the driveshaft should move over fine. As lawsoncl mentioned above,
make sure the gear ratios front and back end up being the same. They are probably 3.55
on both Jeeps but you need to check to be sure.

Start soaking every nut/bolt you're going to take off in PB, 3 in 1, ATF/brake fluid home brew, etc. Refresh every couple of days. Some bolts are tricky and/or will just break no matter what (sway bar links, U-bolts). Use fire a lot. Check condition of all the mounts on the axles (shocks, control arms, springs).
