Hummin rear end

Hummin rear end
I have a 89 Cherokee 4x4 4.0 i6 and just bought it last week. So I have a hum in the rear end and it sounds like tready tires Hummin but it stops when I let of the juice. Is this normal or something I need to look at. Thanks for your time
