I know the front of a yj is leaf springs so that would need to be changed along with what else to bolt it in to the jeep like control arms?

Right now i have a hp with 3.55 and a 27 spline with 3.55

I bought the Rear axle out of a 99. 29 spline with 4.10s 8.25 145.00
Yj hp with 4.10s price he probly wants around 200

My friend welds as well so it would be easy.

New front and rear with gears 350-400 dollars!! Hope it works !

your looking at $200 with shipping for a TNT truss to get the coil mounts and tabs. then welding it up if you can't do that your in another 100+ on top of a $200 axle. just but a set of 4:10s and get them installed. IMO just gear the axle you have

 

The YJ axle has the CAD and smaller u-joints so it's actually a downgrade. You can swap the ring and pinion into your axle and keep the larger joints and one piece passenger axle. Then there is no fab work, just setting up the gears and while you're at it replace the bearings and seals.
