I would suggest getting a shop manual. Its not a simple step 1-2-3 and you're done, its a bit more involved than that. There are tightening sequences and torque specs that should be adheared to.
But the short of it, disconnect the battery, disconnect the wiring, take off the intake and exhaust manifolds, remove the valve cover, drain fluids, remove thermostat housing, unbolt head, and remove. Reverse process to reinstall, sort of.
