Default Brake Warning Light Won't Turn Off

My rear wheel cylinder bust today and my brake warning light came on as it should since I lost a lot of fluid. I replaced both cylinders as a precaution and both sets of shoes since one was coated in brake fluid. I bled and adjusted my brakes and they feel fine. However, the warning light continues to glare in my face. From what I've read, it is supposed to go out when I cycle the ignition if there isn't a fault. There shouldn't be a fault since my brakes feel fine and the fluid level is good. Any ideas?

I'm not sure. Give this a try...
Disconnect your batt cables, both of them and touch them together. Reconnect. Se if that does something. Check fluid and parking brake

Did you bleed the front brakes? The light comes on for three reasons, parking brake is on, low brake fluid, and when there is a pressure differentcial between the front and rear brakes. Try bleeding the front brakes and see if that does the trick.

I did not bleed my front brakes. I'll give that a try before the battery cables cuz I don't feel like reseting the presets on my stereo if I don't have to. Hopefully my master cylinder isn't broke from driving 30 miles with a broken wheel cylinder.
