Haha just had this problem last week. It is a pretty simple fix. Take the jack that came with the jeep for changing the tires and push out the axle on the side you are working on and line up the LCA. Then force out the UCA the same way. Once that is done move to the other side. Takes a little bit of work and really helps if you have a second person to help you. pull the coils and shocks out and disconnect your steering and then get your lower control arms in and put you coils in and put on your shocks on and the get your steering on then pop in the upper control arms.
