How much Travel should the Shock's have ?
From mount to mount I have 21" so what should my Shocks measure ?
Collapsed =
Extended =

What is the standard in inches for Travel up and Travel Down ?

best way is to measure full extension and full compression of your suspension with no shocks to ensure your shocks are not acting as a bumpstop or limiting strap.

21" collapsed and 31" extended = 10" travel.

pretty simple..

21" collapsed you say? he said from mount to mount its 21" so that would equate to zero up travel.

it all really depends on what your bumpstops are at to measure for the collapsed.

So pretty much if my Static is 21" I just need to split the travel distance of the Shock, Correct ?

sort of. measure your bumpstop to coil bucket length then add about an 1" to that to find your collapsed. (that only works if you have added more bumpstop since you have lifted it)

Default One Last Shock Travel ?

The Shocks I am going to order come in size's that will give me.

6" up and 5" down travel
or
4" up and 6" down travel

This is with a 21" Static distance, from mount to mount.
So my question is; what would be better, more up or more down travel ?

4" Front and 5" rear.
I'm just wondering if it is better to have more travel up or more travel down

its best to have about equal up and down travel. and if anything, i would think that having more down is the next best.

To answer that question, you should measure the distance to the bump stop and match that for the up travel.
