no you got it bcakwards. you have 5.25" of bace spacing now. that means where the lugnuts press the rim to the axle is 5.25" from the inside edge of the rim, causing the inside edge of your tire to be closer to the inside of your Jeep.
Transversly, if you have 4" of backspacing, that means where your lugnuts press the wheel to the axle is 4" from the inside edge of the wheel, causing the inside edge of your tire to now not be as close to the inside of you Jeep by 1.25".
Does that smart hat fit you or do we have to resize again?
