I run a BFG 32x11.50 15 and have had them down to 6psi in the snow and haven't lost a bead , once they've been on a while its really hard to throw a bead.

and if you carry a can of ether or wd40 and a book of matches you can do a light and pop. just watch your fingers. and be sure to clean the beads before you pop it.

x2. Definitely a good way to add a little more excitement to your wheeling trip.

the bb's are there to balance everything. the theory is: as the tire starts moving, the bb's dispurse and balance the tire. im not too sure how well it works but thats the theory

^ Apparently it works quite well. Especially on super swamper type tires that are hard to get balanced and stay balanced. http://www.innovativebalancing.com/BigTirechart.htm - Chart for how much bb's to put in and some other info on balancing that way.

i noticed one guy say you have to warn anyone else who might dismount the tire or anything because the ether inside stays inside and still capable of bursting into flames, true?

The distance between the wheel mounting surface to the back of the rim. If you google it you'll probably find a diagram.

the more backspacing(BS) you have, the less your tires stick out of the wheelwell. picture this. if you have stock jeep wheels like i do at the moment, you have about 5.25" BS on a 7" rim. if you put 10.5" wide tires in there you will rub lower control arms(LCA) at full tilt. if you reduce your backspacing to 4", you are pushing the inside edge of your tire out of the wheelwell about 1.25" thus creating more of a gap between your tire and the LCA. a wheel that is BS at 3.75" will essencially give you 2" of push from the stock 5.25". Understand?

so eith my stock rims the tires stick out more since it has less backspace compared if i had more backspace they would stick out less.
