I go to a lot of the big junkyards looking for car parts and rarely ever see any stick-shift Jeeps..I see posts about manuals so I know they must be out there (Maybe they just don`t end up in junkyards as much)..So we come to my poll...

 

you shouldve made the poll with their engine size too.. ive seen lots of 4 banger sticks but i have a 6 cylinder stick..

Mine is an Auto, but my buddy's Gracins is a 5 speed. And He likes it but he is on his 3rd clutch in 3 years! He goes threw about 1 a year. He says he wishes it was and Auto.

I have an AX15 with a Hurst Pro Billet Shifter. I love it! It was a huge improvement over the stock shifter.

1998 4 door 4.0L 5 speed... Has any one ever heard why you can't pull a trailer heavier than 2000lbs with a stick? That is what it tells me in my manual but I want to rig it to pull a camper, what do I need to know and what do I need to do? First of all I ahve been told the clutch won't handle it, that is an easy fix but I want to know if there is anything else I need to know or do to get it pull'n ready.... Thanx for any help you folks can offer....
