2000 XJ Classic upcountry suspension. All suspension parts replaced beneficial coil sir available drive mechanic put some pads in there to raise it but it still is one inch lower than the rear suspension. how do I raise the front of the car 1-in while using a stock coil.

 

Coil spacers.

 

My mechanic installed stock springs and isolators,and put in one inch spacers at the bottom of the spring. it comes in at 17.5 at the hub or about 1in lower than the original upper country package. the rear wheels came out exactly where they were before 18 and 1/2 in should my mechanic be putting the spacers at the top just under the isolator?
