Coil Spring Measurements?

I found some coils that have been taken out of an XJ at the JY. They look pretty new and shiny, so I'm wondering if they are lift coils. Anyone know what the stock measurements are?

Autozone replacements say 18.22 inch for standard, 18.40 inch for heavy duty.
