How to fix park brake?
Of all the stupidest things to do, I managed to break my park brake
... I accidentally ripped it up too hard and now the lever moves up and down with a breeze, the dash still puts on the light when it is up, but it does not old me anymore as I found out when I tried to park on a hill. How would I diagnose what needs to be replaced/what needs to be replaced?

I'm not too keen on hand brake components but based on the hanging metal piece I found, I think that is it. It is encased in besides the very bottom and connects to a wire and another piece of metal.
