question on factory exhaust system.

question on factory exhaust system.
I have a California Jeep im most certain. Its a 2001 model Cherokee sport. The exhaust manifold is.3 pipes that go to a cat and then 3 more pipes that go to a cat and then another cat then the muffler, I was wondering if it was because I think its a California Jeep or not. Could anyone help?
