how do you replace the blower motor on a 2000 xj?

how do you do it? what do you have to take out to get to it? ive never done one before. plz help!

There are several great threads on CF about this.
20 minute operation.
You DO NOT have to disconnect the ac lines. There is plenty of room if you just take your time and don't force things.
Just move stuff out of the way and wiggle the motor/fan/plastic cover out of the space. It comes right out. Installation is in reverse of removal.

Open hood
Remove windshield washer squirter bottle
Remove heater blower screws (8mm or 1/4)
Carefully remove blower and disconnect plug
Installation is reverse of removal.
