Default how to adjusting 4x4 lever?

I just got my first Cherokee, it do not get on 4x4 lo because the lever get to the end of the console track before the transfer case can switch to 4x4 lo.

Is there an adjustment for this?

Get under and check to make sure when you move the handle that everything is rotating properly and not just clunking about underneath there.

And for the language problem you can try Google Translate. on Canadian-Offroad.com we have several french members that use it to post. works well.

I have a guy on another forum that was explaining to me on how to do it and from what I got was that you want to disconnect your shift lever from your transfer case lever and put them put on four low separately and then you can adjust the bracket that supports your levers... I haven't done it myself just what I was told
