Default Hose hanging down

The jeep has been sitting in a garage for a year now and I noticed this hose hanging down. Any ideas would be great

Yup. Differential breather hose. I had the same issue. It just runs up to the engine bay. I would check continuity because in my case the front drive shaft had taken a big bite out of the side of the hose. If it is compromised, pull the plastic fittings from both ends, go to an auto parts store and have them match the length and diameter, reinstall the fittings and reroute it safely away from the drive shaft. Zip ties are your friend on this project.
