Horn replacement?

The horn on my 1998 XJ Sport is sounding light, weak and shaky when I use it. I want to replace it with an OEM horn and need some directions. Anyone done this before?

call chrysler, they can get you a oem horn

i had to do a horn button. my factory horn wouldnt work press it as hard as you could nothing would happen now my horn is to the left by the headlight pull thing
