Default Horn Issue

Hey guys, my horn works but when I hit the steering wheel nothing happens.
any ideas?

mine does this too.. and i got a new horn and still nothing.

Engine: 4.3L with headers and full 3" exhaust system

There is a spring loaded contact and plate in the steering column under the steering wheel that is probably dirty, or you have a broken wire. Whatever it is, the fix is in the steering column. You might check your horn relay too.
