Find the click.. probably a relay.. test the output from that relay. No output, replace with similar relay. 12V output there, check horns by applying direct power. Check the horn fuse too.. maybe do that first

Maybe the horns themselves are bad... Cheack and see if you are getting power to the horn itself, If so then you know the horn is bad...

I would check the fuses and relays make sure that they are good I would also make sure that the horns didn't crap out like Ant said. The quickest way to check the horns is to run a wire from the positive battery cable to the positive on the horn. If they honk the horns them self are fine. Then you know that it is the fuse or relayor a bad wire. Or the horn button or the connections to the horn buttons may be bad. I think I have read on here somewhere that the clock spring can cause the horn not to work. Don't hold me to that since it is what I have read, Personally I never had a clock spring go bad on me. So I'm not 100% sure about that one.

The relay to my horn on my '92 is under the dash on the drivers side, not on the fuse block though so you'll have to dig around directly above where your knees are when you're seated. If it's clicking, your horn switch is fine so check the fuse and relay's output like they said above, also make sure the horn didn't fall off or something, they are grounded by their mounts. The wire to the horn runs under your air cleaner under the hood before going into the front clip, it's green with a red stripe if I remember correctly.

Horn is behind the bumper, in front of the left-hand wheel. You -MIGHT- be able to access it for testing from the wheel well if you can get the liner out of the way, but to remove it you'll have to pull the bumper or front clip (Pulling the front clip is sooo much easier in my opinion, even though it takes longer. If you have the tools.)

Fuse should be on the interior block, slot 11.
