can anybody tell me where the factory horn is located on a XJ? its a '99. thanks

Also... any point me to the belt tensioner? its not in my haynes manual

Dual horns, behind the front turn signals. I pulled the grill and lights off of mine to get to them. As far as the tensioner, I believe it is under the power steering pump. There is a nut on the power steering pump bracket that appears to have threaded rod in it. That is the tensioner. Either tighten or loosen that nut to tighten or loosen belt
