I've noticed the search function on the Cherokee Forum can be buggy, so I use Google. It will search multiple forums, as well as Jeep sites too.
The SYE you need depends what year you have, because Chrysler changed the output seal style at some point. I assume you have a 96 based on your name, but if you just fill in your profile info about your rig, we don't have to ask.
Also IIRC the ZJ front drive shafts are no good, they use a CV style joint where as the XJ front driveshaft uses a double-cardon joint which is stronger and serviceable in the field. A lot of guys are running two front driveshafts and also, if your in the bush, you only need to bring one extra and worse come to worse you can pull your front to use on the back. They did vary in length a little bit, but if you lifted 3" or more I think it doesn't matter..I think.. I've heard the axle your running can make a difference though.
I'm running a NP242, here my links:

A good source for a new seal is Iron Rock Offroad, it uses the stock seal, unlike the RE SYE seal that uses an oddball seal.
