So about a month ago my 97 cherokee se was stolen. I got the car back and it's in pretty good shape (aside from being dirty and missing paint from the side of the hood) but there is a decnet sized hole under the lock. The lock still works but does not sit in place. Any DIY ways of filling the hole?

 

1. Remove the lock and patch the hole. Fiberglass may be fine for some, but i prefer steel.
2. Replace the door skin.
3. Replace the door.
