i wouldnt lift it completly i would put a jack stand on the rear axle and the front axle just jack up one side off it ... just my reccomendation

I would put jackstands under the axles if you can. If your lifting with a shop hoist. Put the hoist arms under the unibody framerails. That is the area of metal between your front lower control arm frame mounts and your rear front leaf spring mounts.
Yep just like was said on the unibody rails in back of LCA mounts and in front of the leafspring mounts. After you get it a few inches up make sure to shake test it to make sure its secure

You're right. It was still a bit cramped under there. We ended up lifting it another 2 ft or so. I wouldn't reef on a breaker bar under there, but we had all the air tools we needed so we backed out 13 year old bolts with the click of a button. Wasn't bad at all.
