Pull-A-Part Problem!

Model: Cherokee
Engine: 4.0L 6Cyl, K&N, 62mm TB, Electric Fans, D Neon Injectors, Head gasket needing replaced.
Pull-A-Part Problem!
Anybody had any issues with a Pull-A-Part?
I shot them an email and asked if they provide an engine hoist; they said they did and they will move it to the exit when you get it on the ground.
When I showed up and disconnected everything in the 100* F Alabama heat, I went to the front to ask for a hoist and they said "You have to figure something out cause we don't give you anything". I said I brought my own hoist they said I could not bring it on the lot. WTF!
A very angry email just got sent.

With our local picknpulls you flag down the guy in the big forklift, slip him a few bucks and he'll pull it out, drive it up front and usually help load it in your truck.

My local pick n pulls have like 30 big hoists rolling around the yards. Looks like u just found the lazy stoner working that day.

No offense to women, but it was a bunch of women. I basically pleaded with them. So, if your in Mobile, AL there's a 4.0 just hanging on by the motor mounts.
I found another (cleaned), well for a little more money.
