high rpm miss

high rpm miss
I have a 89 xj with a 4.0L and it will not Rev above 3000 and when it starts missing the tachometer starts jumping all over the place ... I've already replaced the fuel pump,distributor,tps,and crank position sensor. I have also just put a complete tune up on the engine ... any ideas what my problem is?
