Ok, thanks. Checked my jar again today, not even a film, I even pushed the engine a little harder than normal on the freeway. Tempted to hook it back up to the air intake tube...

No crankcase pressure gets drawn out of motor during acceleration or under loads . If you'r dead set on having the jar should add a second hose and hook to original location to get suction back.

Gotcha, it is now as Jeep intended it, but the jar still had the ability to vent like the "good old days". I do like the second hose idea... in case it starts seeping again
